Description
Defines the area of the image that is to remain stationary. Available for the Region Stabilize effect only. For more information, see Using the Region Stabilize Effect.
Use of Controls
Tá(top)
Lá(left) Bá(bottom) Rá(right)
Sets the corners of the region of interest. Values are relative to the center of the screen.
  You can also change the size and position of the Region of Interest by dragging the wire frame in the Effect Preview monitor. For more information, see Manipulating Effects Directly.
