Trimming Video Tracks
In Trim mode, when you click the A-side or B-side of a transition, all trim rollers are set to the selected side.
To reset the trim rollers on only the video tracks:

Make sure you are in Trim mode with a video track selected.

Press the Alt key (Windows) or the Option key (Macintosh) and click
either the A-side or B-side in the monitor (not the Timeline).

The trim rollers appear only on the video tracks of the selected side.
To save the position of the trim rollers:

Press the Alt key (Windows) or the Option key (Macintosh) when you
click the Trim Mode button to return to Trim mode.
