Setting the Font and Point Size for Monitor Displays
You can apply a font and point size to a sequence or clip name.
To set the font and point size:

With the Composer monitor active, select Edit > Set Font.

The Set Font dialog box opens.

Click the Font pop-up menu, select a font, and then type a point size in
the Size text box.

The new font and point size are applied to the sequence name or clip
name.
