Selecting Text
Selecting text in the Script window is similar to making selections in a word processor, except that the smallest unit you can select is an entire line of text.
To select a single line of script:

Click anywhere in the line to highlight it.

To select several lines of script, use one of the following methods:

Lasso the selection:

a. | |
Lasso the first line of the selection and drag through the text. As
you drag, a box outlines your selection.

Release the mouse button when you finish lassoing the chosen
lines.

Click the first line of the selection, and then Shift+click the last line.
|
The entire block of text is highlighted.

You can also extend a selection by pressing the Shift key and clicking a line
of text preceding or following the current selection.
