Saving a Custom Bin View
Any time you add, hide, or delete a column, the bin view name changes to italic with the file name extension .n to indicate that it no longer matches the original view. If you select a new Bin View setting while the current setting is untitled or italic, the system discards the current setting.

If you do not save the view after adding or deleting headings, it is
discarded.

To save a custom bin view from the Text tab:

Open a bin and click the Text tab.

Add or hide columns according to preference.

The bin view name changes to italic.

Click the Bin View pop-up menu, and select Save As.

The View Name dialog box opens.

Type a name for the custom view and click OK.

To change a custom bin view with the Bin View dialog box:
The Settings scroll list appears.

Double-click the custom bin view you want to change.

The Bin View dialog box opens.

Select and deselect the columns you want to see.
