Copying Information Between Columns
To copy information between columns:
1.
Select the column that you want to copy.
2.
Do one of the following:
Select Edit > Duplicate.
Press Ctrl+D (Windows) or Command+D (Macintosh).
A dialog box prompts you to target a column for the data.
3.
Select the target column for the data, and click OK.
