You can use the keys shown in the following table to navigate in many dialog boxes and menus and to select and deselect options.

Navigation Keys

Key	Function
Page Up, Page Down	Moves from tabbed page to tabbed page within a dialog box.
Tab	Moves from check box to check box or from option to option in a dialog box.
Right Arrow, Left Arrow, space bar	Selects or deselects a check box or an option in a dialog box.
Up Arrow, Down Arrow	Moves up or down through a menu, or increments a numeric value.
