Deleting Layers

To delete a layer

1. On the Layers palette, select the layer.
2. Do one of the following:

• Click the palette menu arrow, and choose Delete Layer.
• Click the Delete button at the bottom of the Layers palette.

• You can also delete shapes by pressing Delete (Mac OS) or Backspace (Windows).
• You cannot delete the canvas.
