Users can setup anonymous user's properties , you only need to add an user with the username anonymous , and the following properties can be set :

Upload/Download speed limit

IP checking

Upload/Download ratio

However , the password , group name , user's level are ignored no matter what you set , for safety reason , group name is fixed to 'anonymous' , user's level is fixed to 'guest'
