History

Our company was established by 5 partners in 2000 with focus on development of state-of-the-art internet applications. The team came from Samba Digital Media, e-services company that used to be one of the branch leaders in the zenith of the technology boom of the late 90's. Iterity founders are convinced, that successful IT business operation must be grounded in a patient struggle for clients and a long-term profitability rather than dreams of instant fabulous earnings (that often hardly cover the extensive expenditures). In 2000, the work on development of a new platform for modern applications commenced.

From the beginning of 2001, the development of Iterity Server Platform became for a long time our main development project, consuming the whole production capacity of our company. Over the period of relatively short existence of our company, we have succeeded to develop and realize several other applications in an effort to further diversify the scope of our products. Thus, in May 2002, we have released Iterity CMT (web content management tool) and Iterity Store - first modules from the package of Iterity applications supported by our Iterity Server Platform.

In September, 2002, we have released first version of Iterity Collaboration Suite operated by Iterity Server Platform. Our first customer - an international finance corporation - is a client,that to an extreme degree emphasizes the data security aspect and demands for an overall reliability of the information system.

In November, 2002, - in an effort to strengthen our market position - we have invited Mr. Jan Safka to join our company on the post of the Chief Executive Officer. He shall be responsible for creation of an effective and comprehensive system of approaching prospective clients as well as presentation of Iterity products and scope of services to wide public.
