Options window General Tab Settings

"Automatically update preview after Zoom or Focus?" setting.

• Enable to automatically update the preview picture when the zoom or focus sliders are changed.
• Disable to allow multiple movements of the zoom and focus sliders before manually updating the preview picture.

Notes;

• Disable this option for faster zooming and focusing when using video preview.

"Download picture from camera after capture?" setting.

• Enable to automatically download and display the captured picture after capture.
• Disable to not download and display the captured picture after capture.

Notes;

• Disable this option for faster turn around time between captures.
• This option has no effect when in timelapse or webcam modes.

"Delete picture from camera after capture?" setting.

• Enable to automatically delete captured pictures from the camera after they are downloaded.
• Disable to leave the captured picture on the camera after capture.

Notes;

• Disable this option for faster turn around time between captures.
• When disabled, images will accumulate on the camera until the camera is full.
• This option has no effect when in timelapse or webcam modes.

"Include capture time in timelapse interval?" setting.

• Enable to include the time it takes to capture, download, and delete the picture from the camera in the timelapse interval.
• Disable to not count capture, download, and delete time in the timelapse interval.

Notes;

• Enable to take snapshots at exactly the interval specified.  For example, when enabled and interval is set at 60 secs, pictures will be taken at exactly one minute intervals.  When disabled and interval set to 60 secs, pictures will be taken at 60 secs + (capture, download, delete time) intervals.  Depending upon the image resolution and camera connection method capture, download, and delete time can be significant.
• Disable for short intervals that may overlap with the time required to capture, download, and delete the images.  For example, a 1 sec interval will be shorter than the time required to capture, download, and delete an image even at the lowest of resolutions.  For such short intervals, this setting should be disabled.
