To open a previously saved graphic, use the open button. The open button only works with previously saved graphics made with Banner Maker Pro. The file types are type BAP for the Home Tab and BIF for the Animation Tab.
Both the BIF and BAP files get created when a graphic is saved. For example, if a file is named banner.gif, the file to edit will be banner.bap. This .bif and .bap files store all of the information for a graphic in a simple, html like text file. The .gif file cannot be edited with Banner Maker Pro, only the BAP or BIF.
The .BAP file is created when a single image is saved.
The .BIF file is created when an animated image is saved on the Animation tab.
Please note that .bap and .bif files are used only for Banner Maker Pro and do not need to be copied to websites.
