other laptops that use either PCMCIA or parallel adapters to
access their CD-ROM drives.

This version of the LNX-BBC Bootable Business Card supports
PCMCIA Ethernet devices after boot; try "pcmcia start".  You
will usually need a non-PCMCIA CD-ROM drive to boot this
CD-ROM, but see the above URL for more options on some laptops.
