CASE Studio 2 (the "Software"), is protected by
copyright and other international treaties.
Toto licenΦnφ ujednßnφ (Licence) je legßlnφ dohodou uzav°enou
spoleΦnostφ CHARONWARE, s.r.o a Vßmi, koncov²m u₧ivatelem.
1. DEFINICE POJM┘
The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions included
in this Agreement.
CASE Studio 2
Pojmem CASE Studio 2 se rozumφ softwarov² produkt vytvo°en²
spoleΦnostφ CHARONWARE, s.r.o., kter² je urΦen² zejmΘna pro nßvrh databßzov²ch
struktur.
Software
Pojmem Software se rozumφ CASE Studio 2 vΦetn∞ vÜech dodateΦn²ch
soubor∙, dokumentace a ostatnφch prvk∙, kterΘ jsou souΦßstφ instalaΦnφho balφku,
s v²jimkou AktivaΦnφch klφΦ∙ / LicenΦnφch soubor∙ / RegistraΦnφch k≤d∙.
AktivaΦnφ klφΦ / LicenΦnφ soubor / RegistraΦnφ k≤d
T∞mito pojmy se rozumφ nßstroj pro registrovßnφ placenΘ plnΘ
verze software. AktivaΦnφ klφΦ, licenΦnφ soubor Φi registraΦnφ k≤d aktivuje
veÜkerΘ funkce, kterΘ nejsou v demo verzi dostupnΘ a zßrove≥ odstra≥uje veÜkerΘ
restrikce demo verze.
Koncov² u₧ivatel
Pojmem Koncov² u₧ivatel se rozumφ jednotlivß osoba.
U₧φvßnφ Software
Pojmem U₧φvßnφ software se rozumφ u₧φvßnφ Software jednφm
koncov²m u₧ivatelem na jednom poΦφtaΦi.
2. LICEN╚N═ PODM═NKY
U₧φvßnφm Software, jeho instalacφ, pop°φpad∞ ulo₧enφm jeho kopie
na hard disk (nebo jinß mΘdia) souhlasφte s podmφnkami tohoto licenΦnφho ujednßnφ.
Pokud nesouhlasφte s podmφnkami tohoto LicenΦnφho ujednßnφ, musφte software
odinstalovat a/nebo smazat ze vÜech mΘdiφ.
CASE Studio 2 (Software) je chrßn∞n autorsk²m prßvem a p°φsluÜn²m
mezinßrodnφm prßvem. VeÜkerß intelektußlnφ a duÜevnφ prßva, vΦetn∞ patent∙,
obchodnφch znaΦek, copyrightu nebo jin²ch obchodnφch tajemstvφ spojen²ch se
Software jsou vlastnictvφm spoleΦnosti CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
SpoleΦnost CHARONWARE, s.r.o, z pozice v²robce produktu zaruΦuje,
₧e je v²hradnφm majitelem dodanΘho produktu a vÜech autorsk²ch prßv s produktem
spojen²ch, a ₧e je ze zßkona oprßvn∞na poskytnout licenci bez souhlasu t°etφ
strany.
3. PODM═NKY POUÄIT═
- Smφte zdarma redistribuovat demo verzi Software, a to jak prost°ednictvφm
on-line slu₧eb, tak i pomocφ jin²ch elektronick²ch mΘdiφ. Podmφnkou povolenφ
redistribuce je uchovßnφ vÜech soubor∙ tak, jak jsou/byly publikovßny spoleΦnostφ
CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
- Bez p°edchßzejφcφho povolenφ od spoleΦnosti CHARONWARE, s.r.o. nesmφte
distribuovat Software na CD nebo jin²ch fyzick²ch mΘdiφch za poplatek.
- Nesmφte odstranit, zm∞nit Φi zniΦit jakΘkoliv poznßmky a informace o
vlastnφcφch, v²robci, stejn∞ jako znaΦky copyright a dalÜφ informace souvisejφcφ
s autorsk²m prßvem, kterΘ jsou souΦßstφ Software.
- Nesmφte Software dekompilovat, jakkoliv rozd∞lit, rozΦlenit Φi jinak
redukovat. Nesmφte provΘst reverse engineering Software, ₧ßdn²m zp∙sobem
jej modifikovat, ani pronajφmat nebo znovu prodßvat.
- Nesmφte vytvß°et odvozenΘ prßce a ₧ßdnΘ vlastnφ produkty zalo₧enΘ na Software,
Φi na bßzi Software, bez pφsemnΘho povolenφ od spoleΦnosti CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
- Nesmφte publikovat nebo distribuovat ₧ßdnΘ algoritmy registraΦnφch k≤d∙,
informace, registraΦnφ k≤dy (registration codes), aktivaΦnφ klφΦe (activation
keys) nebo licenΦnφ soubory (license files) souvisejφcφ se Software bez
pφsemnΘho povolenφ od spoleΦnosti CHARONWARE, s.r.o. AktivaΦnφ klφΦe, licenΦnφ
soubory Φi registraΦnφ k≤dy mohou b²t pou₧ity (pop°φpad∞ ulo₧eny pro zßlo₧nφ
·Φely) pouze osobou nebo organizacφ, kterß si Software °ßdn∞ zakoupila.
JakΘkoliv pou₧itφ musφ b²t v souladu s tφmto licenΦnφm ujednßnφm. Nesmφte
aktivaΦnφ klφΦe, licenΦnφ soubory nebo registraΦnφ k≤dy kopφrovat Φi je
poskytnout t°etφ stran∞ bezplatn∞ ani za ·platu.
4. Z┴RUKY
Tento Software je licencovßn "JAK JE", tzn. bez jakΘhokoliv
druhu zßruky vΦetn∞ zßruky na naprostou bezchybnost Software, bez omezenφ zßruk
obchodovatelnosti, pou₧itφ pro konkrΘtnφ ·Φel apod. CASE Studio 2 bylo vytvo°eno
s velkou peΦlivostφ a pΘΦφ o koncovΘho u₧ivatele. AVèAK ZA Ä┴DN▌CH OKOLNOST═
NEBUDE SPOLE╚NOST CHARONWARE, s.r.o., AUTOR, DODAVATEL╔ NEBO PRODEJCI PROGRAMU
ODPOV╠DN═ KONCOV╔MU UÄIVATELI NEBO JIN╔ OSOB╠ ZA JAK╔KOLI P╪═M╔, NEP╪═M╔ NEBO
N┴HODN╔ èKODY JAK╔HOKOLI DRUHU (V╚ETN╠ UèL╔HO ZISKU, OBCHODN═ ┌JMY, NEBO JIN╔
EKONOMICK╔ V▌HODY) ZAP╪═╚IN╠N╔ POUÄ═V┴N═M SOFTWARE.
5. UKON╚EN═ PLATNOSTI
Licence bude automaticky ukonΦena, pokud nesplnφte kteroukoliv
z v²Üe uveden²ch podmφnek. V p°φpad∞ ukonΦenφ platnosti jste povinni vymazat
Software ze vÜech mΘdiφ.

CASE Studio 2 CZ - License Agreement
CASE Studio 2 (the "Software"), is protected by
copyright and other international treaties.
This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement
between You ("Licensee"), the end-user, and CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
1. DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions included
in this Agreement.
CASE Studio 2
means a database modeling tool, developed by CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
Software
means CASE Studio 2, all program and information files and
other documentation which are part of the CASE Studio 2 package, with the
exception of the Activation keys / License files / Registration codes.
Activation key / License file / Registration code
registers a paid version of the software. This enables all
functions and removes all restrictions of the demo version.
Individual / End user / Licensee
means a particular person.
Use of the Software
means use of the Software on one computer by a single Individual.
2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By using the Software or storing it on a computer hard drive
(or other media), You are agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You must delete the Software
from all storage media.
CASE Studio 2 (the "Software"), is protected by copyright and
other international treaties. All intellectual property rights such as but not
limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret rights related to
the Software are the property of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE
- You may install the Software and create as many copies of the Software
on storage media as You wish.
- You may redistribute the Software freely on on-line services, bulletin
boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in
their entirety.
- The Software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical
media for a fee without the permission of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
- You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any proprietary, trademark
or copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the Software.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce
the Software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell
for profit the Software. You may not create derivative works based upon
the Software without the permission of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
- You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms,
information, registration codes, activation keys or license files used by
the Software without written permission from CHARONWARE, s.r.o. Activation
keys, License files or Registration codes may be used, stored or copied
only by the person or organization, which has purchased the Software, and
solely for the purpose of using the Software within the terms and conditions
of this Agreement. No person or organization is permitted to store or copy
Activation keys, License files or Registration codes for any other purpose
without written agreement from CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS". ALL EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS
ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID. - CASE STUDIO 2 WAS DEVELOPED WITH GREAT ACCURACY
AND CARE ABOUT END-USER. BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL BE THE AUTHORS LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE
SOFTWARE (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC
ADVANTAGE).
5. TERMINATION
The License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply
with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all
copies of the Software.
