WatchFolders

Menu Path: File/WatchFolders

If you download music to a specific, or multiple folders on your computer, MUSICMATCH can "watch" those folders for new additions, then add those additions to your Music Library, automatically.

1. Go to the menu File/WatchFolders

2. Check the box next to Enable WatchFolders

3. Click the Add button and browse for the folder(s) where you download new music too. Select the folder(s) and click OK.

4. WatchFolders will now monitor those folders and add new additions to your Music Library.

The Jukebox must be open at the time you add new tracks to your "watched" folder or they may not be added to your Library automatically.

Click the Check WatchFolders now button to scan your folder for tracks added while the Jukebox was closed.

Checking the box next to Always check WatchFolders at startup will scan your WatchFolder every time the Jukebox is opened.  This may take a while for larger libraries and could impact the performance of other applications while scanning.
