Preferences
This dialog sets global preferences for this project. Pathing information is stored in the project file so you can use different paths for different projects. However although changing data here will change the pathing information for the current session, the new data will not be retained unless you save the project.

When you change pathing information the defaults (used for new projects) are updated to the values entered.

Paths
Path information is stored with the project. GenesisII looks for certain files in specified directories

• Vegetation: Directory holding vegetation (plants) files.
• Models: Directory holding 3DS models.
• Overlay: Directory holding images for overlays
