To switch between display modes

Do one of the following:

To switch from	Do this
Full mode to skin mode	Click the Switch to skin mode button . -or- On the View menu, click Skin Mode.
Skin mode to full mode	Click the Switch to full mode button . -or- Right-click anywhere on the Player, and then click Switch to Full Mode. -or- Click the anchor window, and then click Switch to full mode.
Full mode or skin mode to mini Player mode	Right-click in an open area of the Windows taskbar (such as below the system clock), point to Toolbars, and then select Windows Media Player. Click the Minimize button. The first step enables the feature and must only be performed once. To switch to mini Player mode in the future, simply perform Step 2. This feature is only available on select versions of Windows. For more information, see Special features.
Mini Player mode to full mode or skin mode	In the mini Player, click the Restore button. The Player returns to the mode it was in previously. This feature is only available on select versions of Windows. For more information, see Special features.
