System Requirements

Resplendent Registrar requires a based PC running Windows XP, 2000, Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows ME or Windows NT 4.0.
The program requires 3MB of free hard disk space. 

Version 4.70 or higher of COMCTL32.DLL must be installed on the system. This may be missing on older Windows versions with no Internet Explorer 3 or higher installed. The program checks for this at startup and proposes to download a Microsoft distributed update if necessary.

Internet Explorer 3 or higher must be installed for the online help, product update and news to work. Documentation as plain text files is available on request.

All operations performed with this program are subject to the access rights of the user that is currently logged on. This means that certain registry operations may fail if no sufficient user rights are available.
