DM2000 VCL component library.

**** GENERAL INFORMATION ****

Currently DM2000 VCL component library includes a 
set of following components: 

TContainer - this component stores data in memory and 
provides I/O access functionality.

TPlot - implements 2D graphic engine. TPlot has original 
architecture: unlike the most of similar components it 
stores data separately in TContainer components, allows 
arbitrary curve transformations and visual editing.

TWorksheet - simple worksheet. Can display and edit 
contents of TContainer component.

TFloatEdit - TSpinEdit descendant working with floating 
point numbers.

In addition, DM2000 VCL component library includes a 
number of utility procedures and objects. It was developed 
and tested with Delphi5 and 6, but I hope that you can compile it 
with earlier versions of Delphi. These components were specially 
created for DM2000 application but they can be widely used 
in other projects oriented in technical and scientific 
graphics and data processing. Two sample Delphi 
demonstrations, plotdemo.dpr and wksdemo.dpr, available for 
download, can help you in using these components. See also

**** INSTALLATION ****

If you wish to install all components needed for DM2000 application,
you should just install dm2000.dpk as usually. This package includes
additional freeware components (found in [../freeware] folder) and has 
D6 format. Packages dm2000_6.dpk and dm2000_5.dpk contain components 
only from DM2000 VCL library. Note that some modifications were 
introduced in D6 concerning designer extensions. Also you may recreate 
dm2000.dpk manually or add separate units to other existing package.
