The Sound Menu
Start Recording
This command opens a recording console window.
Adjust your input level using the level meters and start recording
by pressing the Record button.
Start Playing
Starts playback of the marked section.
Stop
Stops playback or the processing of the recording.
Device Settings
Use this command to select a recording or playback device
if more devices are present.
Define Tempo
You can manually enter the number of beats per second in the
recording or let Acoustica calculate a the tempo based
on the marked section. Mark a section where start and
end point of the markers are directly on a beat, enter
the number of beats marked and press Base on Markers.
Convert Sample Format
Lets you convert your recordings to other sampling rates or
bit depths. Check out Converting Sample Formats
for more information about sample format conversion.
