Amiglobe has been initiated on Amiga computers by Thomas Landspurg in 1993. I started working on it since april 1994 and released the first version for Amiga in november, 1994. The next version for this machine was ready in may, 1995. Then, Amiglobe 1.00 was released on Windows 95 in may, 1997. Version 98 was released in may, 1998 and version 99 in may, 1999.
Amiglobe has been programmed in the C++ programming language.
