Computer software normally includes an error message to be used as a catch-all when the error is not among the predictable possibilities.   You have encountered this sort of error.  When an error occurs often enough that a pattern can be discerned then the cause of the problem can often be fixed.  That is why we ask for your help to note the circumstances and contact us if the problem re-occurs.

What can I do?

• Take note of what the browser was doing when the problem occurred.
• Go to another site, then attempt to reach your desired site again.
• If the problem continues with other sites, close your browser and Webcelerator, then relaunch Webcelerator and your browser.
