Webcelerator cannot return the requested site.   If you are browsing in the offline "cache only" mode, the site is not in the cache.   You may ignore the rest of the message.

For those not in "cache only" mode, we are unable to contact the Domain Name System (DNS) or the DNS could not provide the connection information for your requested site.  Most likely your modem is not connected or the site does not exist as you typed it.

Each Internet address is stored in the Domain Name System(DNS) with its corresponding physical address.  When you enter an Internet address, the actual address is provided by the DNS.   Currently we cannot get a response from the DNS for this address.  It is possible that your phone link to the DNS is down, the DNS is temporarily out of service, or that the name you requested does not have a DNS entry.

What can I do?

• Make sure that your phone connection is operating if you are not in "cache only" mode.
• Double check the Internet address.  Make sure it is typed correctly.
• If you have been in "cache only" mode and you still want the site, uncheck "cache only".
• If the problem continues over several days and you are sure the address is correct, contact your Internet Service Provider or network administrator.
