When there is information in a Work Request that requires the attention of some of the people in the team, you may want to flag the request for the selected people. This allows a person to ask questions or make comments to a small group of people within the team without having to bother the entire team. This eliminates a lot of wasted time in meetings for those people that are not involved in the matter. This also reduces the amount of time you would otherwise spend visiting the people individually. A flagged note is created when you flag a Work Request for individual attention. A flagged note is identified by the flag symbol next to the note in the Work Request.
