Using Attachments

Attachments are files that you can link or copy to a Work Request. You can attach files that were created with other applications, such as text files, spreadsheets, graphs, documents, pictures, etc. You can attach as many files to a request as you want.

To create attachments in a Work Request, using Edit mode, select the Attach button from within the Attachment section, then create the type of attachment you want:

Opening Attachments

To open an attachment, select the hyperlink in the Attachments section of the detailed display.

To delete an attachment, select the X (delete button) next to the attachment you want to remove.
