recipients, without an Internet SMTP server, because TSmtpRelayServer acts
like a SMTP server!
Since TSmtpRelayServer connects direcly to the
recipient's server, you are acknowledged about the success or failure of
every sending. You can even know if the domain is valid, if the mail
account is active, etc... In addition, applications built with
TSmtpRelayServer won't use the resources of your ISP.
