Quick Collate

To use Quick Collate, click the Advanced button in either the Layout tab or the Paper/Quality tab.

To collate a multiple-page print job at the printer, set Quick Collate to On. Collation performed at the printer is faster than collation performed by an application.

To use the Quick Collate option, follow this procedure:

• You must have the printer's optional hard drive and the DP or DX Feature set. If you have these options, see Installable Options to make sure the options are set up with the driver.

• Uncheck the collate option in your application's Print dialog box.
