The producer or representative will (for a low price) install the program for the user, train the user during a time agreed upon, and fill in the database with data available from the user.
Telephone support
Free telephone technical support for one year.The price after a guaranteed upgrade, including a new version and telephone support for a term of one year, will not be higher than 20 % of the whole program.
Training
According to our experince it is most effective to train the user on his documents. After basic training of 6 hours the user is able to work on the system. Other training possibilities are at the firm  or with the business dealers.
Fill in the database
The producer or representative will fill in the database with data available from the user ( The Directory, Catalogue of products, Price-lists).

Suplements
For special requests we can built Info Office supplements which widen its functions. These supplements can be done by another firm.
