Year 2000 compliance

The entire software has been developed and tested 
extensively for year 2000 compliance.
No problem found.

The EF Commander (OS/2, WinNT/95/98, Lite WinNT/95/98)
uses internaly the date up to 65535 and the FAT file 
system until the year 2108.
