The vocabulary menu contains commands for changing the appearance of the vocabulary document. A short description of each item follows:

Languages...

Defines the headers of the two columns in the vocabulary document. The information will be used to update the Mode Menu. The Ctrl+L shortcut can be used for this command, or use the corresponding button on the toolbar. Read more about the dialog shown by this command.

Row Height...

Use this to adjust the height of individual rows in the vocabulary document. Read more about the dialog shown by this command.

Column Width...

Use this to adjust the width of the columns in the vocabulary document. Read more about the dialog shown by this command.

Font...

Changes the font used to display the vocabulary document. The settings will apply to the whole document. You can also specify the font to be used when creating new documents. A corresponding button on the toolbar can be used for this command. Read more about the dialog shown by this command.

Sort...

Used to sort the entries in your vocabulary. A corresponding button on the toolbar can be used for this command. Read more about the dialog shown by this command.

Tip Commonly used Vocabulary commands can be invoked using shortcut keys or buttons on the toolbar.
