Triage Client will help diagnose why <YourApplication> is not running properly.

As you read this page, Triage Client is being downloaded to your computer. This is a 500K file and will take approximately 5 - 7 minutes to download with a 14.4 modem, or 2 - 5 minutes with a 28.8 modem. A "Done" message is displayed in your browser's status bar after the download completes.

If a message indicating that your security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls is displayed, please ensure your browser's security level is set to Low. To start again, place the cursor over this text, click the right mouse button to display the popup menu, and select Refresh.

After the download completes, Triage Client is automatically launched and an audit report is e-mailed to technical support.
