To diagnose an installation or configuration problem
- Start Triage Analyzer.
- In the File menu, click Open Reports.
- Select the reference report for a working configuration.
- Select an audit report submitted by a customer.
- Click Ok to load and compare the two reports.
Notes
- Customers can submit compressed audit reports, which are stored in .CAB files. Triage Analyer automatically extracts audit reports from .CAB files and loads them.
- Triage Analyzer automatically highlights differences between the two reports.
- To view only the differences between the two audit reports, click Show Differences in the View menu.
