Media Changer Deluxe is a suite of applications designed
to make your Windows 95 or 98 desktop more fun. It 
provides the ability to automatically change your system
sounds, wallpaper bitmap, screen saver, and desktop 
theme.

To get started quickly, simply run Setup.exe to get
Media Changer Deluxe set up on your computer. Once
installed, you are ready to use it! For information on
how to customize, register and get the most out of
Media Changer Deluxe, double-click the MCD Help icon,
or click the Help button inside of MCSetup.exe.

What's New in 4.03?

- Fixed a bug that caused error messages to appear
  when changing occurred with the autotimer or 
  through the system tray program.

- Reduced the amount of nagging the unregistered 
  version does significantly. You will now only
  be nagged when the tray program loads or if
  you try to use the changer manually (without
  going through the tray program).

- Media Changer Setup now disables the configuration 
  checkboxes and the list of folders on the Themes tab 
  for users of Left Side Software's Desktop Themes. To 
  change settings for Desktop Themes, you must use the 
  Desktop Themes program itself instead of using Media 
  Changer's configuration program. In place of the
  folder list, Media Changer will automatically change
  using the list of themes that have been installed
  using the Desktop Themes program. Themes MUST be
  installed using the Desktop Themes application before
  they can be applied to your desktop.

What's New in 4.02?

- Fixed a bug that prevented theme changing from
  using themes in all of the folders in the folder 
  list for MS Plus! users.

- Fixed a bug where wallpaper changing did not work
  on some Windows 98 systems.

  for wallpaper.

- More robust detection of Microsoft Plus! or Left
  Side Software's Desktop Themes.
- A "Suspend changing" menu item in the Tray Icon
  program.
