
How will it end? Trial resumes today
The impeachment of President Bill Clinton floundered forward Thursday with House prosecutors calling for live witnesses and senators looking for some way to end the proceedings without letting Clinton claim victory.
When the trial resumes at 1 p.m. ET, senators are first expected to decide what, if any, portions of the videotaped depositions of Monica Lewinsky, Vernon Jordan and Sidney Blumenthal should be released.
