JustOne v1.2

Purpose: JustOne is a component which makes it easy to limit the
number of your application's instances to just one.  If a second
instance of your application starts, the first instance is brought
to the front and given the focus (or restored if it was minimized
to an icon).  The second instance then halts.

There are two versions of JustOne, a 16 bit version for Delphi 1.xx
and a 32 bit version for Delphi 2.0.

Please refer to the Help file contained in each for installation 
and usage instructions.

Note:  There is no functional difference between JustOne v1.2 and 
JustOne v1.1 for the 16 bit version, other than the Help file has been
tweeked a bit... meaning, there's little use to upgrade from v1.1 to
v1.2 for Delphi 1.0 users (other than to maintain consistency across
your two versions of Delphi).  The primary purpose of this release is 
to deliver a 32 bit version of JustOne.
