Read Me for Sticky for Windows95

* This is version 2.01b.
* Known Bugs:
* Moving a rolled up note with MS Plus!'s Content Dragging turned on will
  prevent the note from unrolling.  You have to click on another note and
  back to get it to unroll.
* A note with roll up turned on will not roll up when you click off Sticky.
  You have to click on another note.
