The TORI Soft company was founded in 1991 to provide made-to-order software for various fields (education, science, medicine). In 1994 - 1997, the company cooperated in the creation of the legislative information systems PALLAS, ISAP, and JuriMAX. At the present time, it is concerned chiefly with legislative informatics in the fields of both Czech Law and EU Law.

The history of this service is based on cooperation between the TORI Soft company and the Printing House of the Ministry of the Interior from which, on the basis of a contract agreement, we obtain print-set texts in typographic format 3B2, which we convert using our own instruments to the format of normal editors (WordPerfect, Lotus Ami Pro and Microsoft Word) and then into HTML format.

It is our intention to provide this service free of charge. Unfortunately, the cost of processing the texts and maintaining WWW pages are far from negligible, and thus this service is searching for financial sponsors. Consequently, we would like to invite any interested parties to contact us. All sponsors will, of course, be mentioned in our pages.
