If you want to install the Components 
and the Tools always add the Components first
- Open Explorer 
- Copy AHMComps.dpl to the Windows-System Directory (for Runtime dll)
- Exit Explorer
- Run Delphi
- Choose Install Package from the Component Menu
- Add AHMComps.dpl
- Add AHMTools.dpl (if you want to add the Tools)
- Choose Environment Options from the Tools Menu
- Add the Path where the Components (*.dcu) are located to the Library Path
- Done
- Install the Helpfile on the Configure Menu on AHM Tools
