  A nice simple program to convert any HTML files to simple text files.
One can convert a single file or a list of files.

  You must use a parameter either
    -i for a single file
    -l for a list of files seperated by a carriage return.

TIP: Use 'dir /b *.htm > html.lst' to create a directory listing of all html
files then run 'html2txt -l html.lst' to convert them all to text.
