  Thank you for down-loading WCEL Ver1.08E Win>KISS Cell Viewer/Saver.

  WCEL is a Windows utility to create WKISS data. It also has a following
features:
 1. 16 color/256 color WCEL data may be viewed.
 2. 16 color/256 color WKISS data may be created from BMP images.
    Furthermore, if GV (graphic viewer program) DDE is used, graphics data
    from many different format may be converted to WKISS format.
 3. Set margins
