Changing a note's display properties
You can change a note’s display properties through its Properties dialog. Right-click the note to get the note’s context menu, and choose "Properties…" from the Settings menu. Or, you can simply double-click the title bar of your note.
From the Properties window, you can turn on the scrollbar, and set your note to Always on Top, by checking the appropriate buttons.
When you've finished with the display settings, click the "OK" button. Your note will then be displayed appropriately.
