Optimum Settings Button

Pressing this button sets MaxMTU to 576, the RWIN multiplier to 4 (if the "RWIN enabled..." box is checked), sets both Auto options on the registry page to "Disabled", sets TTL to 128 and (in Win95) sets NDICache to 16.
