NDICache Radio Buttons

Allows you to manually select whether or not NDICache is altered when the "Update Registry" button is pressed. These buttons are disabled in NT.

The Windows 95 default is 0 but some people see improved throughput with a value of 16. Most people get very poor results setting 32 or 64 so I don't recommend you try them unless really stuck.

This area of the MTUSpeed window is grayed out under WinNT as it is not supported.
