Change RWIN Button

Pressing the "Change RWIN" button produces a dialog that permits you to enter a value for RWIN. The value entered is system-wide and is not specific to the key currently displayed in the dropdown combobox.

If you are connected to a TCP/IP LAN you should not enable RWIN (see explanation).

This button is not enabled unless MTU is disabled on the registry page.
