As of January 99, BeJeanie contains ~18,000 lines of time sensitive prices on Beanie Babies since 1997, from 35 different beanie websites, magazines and books. BeJeanie report printing capabilities prints over 50 different types of reports, collection lists, checklists, sorted lists, pricelists, newsletters and any information possible. BeJeanie was developed by a Yale graduated chemical engineer who is also a Beanie Babies expert and a collector herself, who knows what collectors need in a Beanie Babies software. For the novice collector, BeJeanie tells you all the basic information on each Beanie Baby, tags, Beanie history and references. Also, the program features many hyperlinks, so that with one click when you are online, BeJeanie takes you to various websites for auctions, stores, news and rumors. For the expert beanie collectors and dealers, BeJeanie keeps track of your collections with every detail imaginable, calculates your collections' changing values monthly, and records details of your transactions with BeJeanie's accounting features and address book.
