EXOSEE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT:

EXOSEE IS A FREEWARE, PROVIDED 'AS-IS' AND WITHOUT ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
FEEL FREE TO COPY AND DISTRIBUTE IT AS IT IS WITHOUT ANY
MODIFICATIONS.THE AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OF ANY DAMAGE
OR ILLEGAL USE THAT CAN BE CAUSED BY USING THIS SOFTWARE.
ANY DATA DOWNLOADED/UPLOADED THROUGH THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE
IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

protected by laws on trademarks and intellectual property
owned by the author and shall not be used in any way.

You shall not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or 
other proprietary notices,legends, symbols or labels in the software.

You shall not use this software with any third party products or applications 
that are directly and specifically dependent on this software for any part of 
their functionality.

You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, tamper with, disassemble, 
modify or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form.

The software product, including its code, appearance, design
and structure, is an exclusive product of ExoSee.

You do not have the right to create derivative works based
upon the Software in whole or in part without expressed 
permission of ExoSee author (Copyright owner).

As a condition to use the Software, you agree that you must not
use ExoSee Software to infringe the intellectual property or other
rights of others, in any way.

The unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification,
communication to the public is an infringement of copyright. ExoSee will not be 
held liable in any way for infringement of copyright or other proprietary rights 
as a result of your use of the Software. Compliance with the copyright law 
is solely the user's responsibility.

This license will terminate immediately without notice from ExoSee if you fail 
to comply with any provision of this license.  Upon termination you must destroy 
the software, archival files, related documentation and all copies thereof.

ExoSee is completely freeware to the home user and may not be used by any companies 
without proper written consent from the copyright owner.

This software may be used for personal non-commercial purposes only.

Installing and using ExoSee means you accept the terms and
conditions of this license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, 
the software must be removed, including any installation and 
archival files it has placed on your computer.
