Enable program activity Logging - If checked, FileRescue will document its real-time performance (like recovery startup, processed clusters, files etc.) in the Log file you have specified.
Log file name
Type in any log file name you like.
Note
Please note that the log file name must be a valid file name with an extension. If you don't specify full path to the log file here FileRescue automatically saves the log file under the program path.
Logging options
Recycle log every program run - If you set this option, FileRescue will overwrite the log file every time it starts.
Append log to previous data - Allow log file to accumulate. Be noted that log file may have a size more than a gigabyte and larger, so consider to use next option - limit log file size.
Limit log file size
FileRescue overwrites the log file when it grows beyond a certain size. You can change this size limit by entering a number in the box labeled Maximum file size. The file size you enter is in KiloBytes.
Include in log
You can reduce the size of the Log by unchecking unnecessary options. It allows you to log only error messages rather than all the messages.
