Check the file(s) you wish to alter the dates of.
Fill in the date fields.
You can automatically fill in the date fields by right clicking a file or clicking the current time display (which is orange).
Fill in the increment values (if you need the file dates to be staggered).
The increment will start from the second checked file and move down the list of checked files as sorted.
