Column Histogram

Array Analyzer Menu: Objects > Column Histogram

This window shows in horizontal way a vertical column from a band or lane.

The statistical data for each blot is shown in the table. The vertical axis of the graphic shows the average pixel intensity value along each blot in the column (from 0 to 255). This value is the exact inversion of the image pixel values, so higher values mean darker pixels (in grayscale images 0 value represents black color and 255 is pure white)

Below the graphic the Rf line shows the relative position of each blot.
