MANIFEST File Description

1. Copy this file to the Tweak FX folder (usually it's one level up from this dir.).
2. When you start Tweak FX, you will notice that its GUI looks like XP's.
3. If you cannot run Tweak FX, delete the MANIFEST file from its dir.
